6061 alloy sheet/strip is the flagship product of heat-treatable Al-Mg-Si aluminum alloys, with an exquisitely calibrated composition! It contains 95.8%–98.6% aluminum, paired with core alloying elements magnesium (0.8–1.2%) and silicon (0.4–0.8%), plus trace amounts of copper and manganese to optimize overall performance.

Don’t underestimate this formula — it’s the "ace in the hole" of 6061! After T6 aging heat treatment, its strength skyrockets, far exceeding that of pure aluminum and 5052 aluminum strips, with top-tier deformation resistance and wear resistance.
