Electromagnetic shielding cases in mobile phones and tablets, as well as anti-interference components in base stations and radars, are almost inseparable from C7521/C7701 cupronickel strip. It boasts exceptional non-magnetic properties, effectively isolating electromagnetic signal interference and preventing call dropouts in mobile phones and data errors in radars. For ultra-thin strips ranging from 0.05mm to 0.2mm, the stamping forming precision can reach ±0.01mm.

With a silvery-white luster similar to platinum but at a much lower cost, cupronickel is an ideal choice for jewelry, eyeglass frames, and watch accessories. The 0.3–1.0mm C7521 cupronickel strip delivers a high-brightness finish after polishing, and can be electroplated into gold or silver colors. Seawater and acid-alkaline solutions are highly corrosive, and regular copper materials will rust within a few days. In contrast, C7701 cupronickel sheet, with its high nickel content, has a corrosion rate of ≤0.005mm/a in seawater. Housings for marine detection instruments and pipe fittings for chemical equipment made from 2.0–5.0mm thick sheets can operate stably in harsh environments for over 5 years, greatly reducing maintenance costs.
